Under the current conditions. Some type of Death penalty wouldn't work based on say the RPA list or ranks. That would mean a lower rank player can inflict this penalty on higher ranks. But not the other way around. Basically the same flaw in PK now. I can renown and get RP off big players. But they don't get it when they kill me. Least I don't think. Some people claim to only have 2-3 people on their RPA list.
There is no consequences for being PK'ed other than the inconvenience/time to regen. Which seriously, depending where you are running is 1-2 ticks.
So we inflict our own penalty, by preventing the person from running. But then you get into the whole Spam killing issue which is a new thread entirely.
