Ninjas want better buff!
It's great that ninjas got buffed in practices. But none of it is as good as what other classes are getting. Buffs in practices have make a few classes insane.
The new buff on hakanai shouten is great. But honestly who would use it with stun >100% and a weaker counterpart to whispering wind. I say make whispering wind antei a spellup.
