- Radical defiance now has strong benefits beyond 100% training. The first thing you'll notice, if you've already training radical defiance beyond 100% training, is that the extra attack you get is weakened percent-wise. However, the overall changes to the skill beyond 100% training heavily outweigh this minor tone.
